1)有机忆阻功能材料与智能传感器件;

2)有机二维材料合成方法学;

3)光催化活性可控自由基聚合。


面向国家集成电路前沿领域,主要从事有机光电信息功能材料与器件的研究。以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Commun., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Electron. Mater., ACS Materials Lett., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, CarbonSCI期刊上发表论文七十余篇。全部论文被他人引用4200余次h-index40。以第一发明人获授权中国发明专利12项。主持多项国家级和省部级科研项目。上海市科委科技专家,近年来多次担任上海市集成电路专项、面上项目、启明星计划等项目评审专家。国产期刊InfoMat青年编委。
