徐首红  女 博士

教授,博士生导师 xushouhong@ecust.edu.cn

1991年大学本科毕业于华东化工学院无机材料系,获学士学位;1995年赴日本名古屋市立大学药学部留学,2001年获博士学位,2002年至2004年作为日本学术振兴会(JSPS)2004年回国至今在华东理工大学化学与分子工程学院,从事生物高分子、蛋白质等大分子的纳微米颗粒自组装结构、界面性质及其药物输送等方面的研究工作。


研究领域:

生物大分子,聚电解质,两亲性大分子的有序排列、自组装和界面行为,及其在生物医药领域的应用。


研究方向:

1)设计、合成智能型、功能化两亲性的大分子,研究其界面行为和自组装结构,获得多重(温度、pH、光)刺激响应型控释材料,评价作为催化剂、药物载体的应用价值。

2)无机/有机核壳结构纳微颗粒的组装设计,研发新型、新功能的具有生物活性的组织工程修补材料和药物载体。

  1. 2011.1-2013.12:软骨组织修复用无机/有机杂化核壳结构微凝胶,国家自然科学基金面上项目,项目负责人;

  2. 2013.1-2016.12:合成糖脂在磷脂单分子、双分子层膜中的界面行为研究—DNA载体的设计及制备,国家自然科学基金面上项目,项目负责人;

  3. 2014.1-2017.12: 多相反应过程中的表界面结构和相际传递现象研究,国家自然科学基金“多相反应过程中的介尺度机制及调控”重大研究计划培育项目, 重要参与人;

  4. 2018.1-2021.12:智能大分子在生物膜环境中的相应行为及其对膜功能的调控机制,64万,国家自然科学基金面上项目,项目负责人 徐首红。

  5. 2021.1 – 2024.12:(22078087)用于核酸、蛋白质等生物大分子胞内运输的准固态纳米体系的构建,国家自然科学基金面上项目,项目负责人。
