Professor Yi-Tao Long of the Key Laboratory for Advanced Materials, was invited as the associate editor of ACS Sensors journal since August 2015 by American Chemical Society and Prof. J. Justin Gooding (Chief Editor of ACS Sensors). ACS Sensors is founded by the American Chemical Society (ACS) as one of the series of journal named ACS. The journal aims to promote the development and application of sensors in the field of chemical research and concentrate on the latest research results in sensing technology and science. Also, it is the first multidisciplinary journal focuses on applications of sensing analysis.
The journal’s ACS Paragon Plus submission system has been opened, and the first issue will be officially published in January 2016. (Http://pubs.acs.org/page/ascefj/editors.html)
Yi-Tao Long is currently the professor of the key Laboratory for Advanced Materials and the Ministry of Education in East China University of Science and Technology. He is also appointed as Chang-jiang Scholar in the Ministry of Education, the winner of National Outstanding Youth Foundation, the chief of Creative Research Groups of NSFC. Until now, Professor Long has published over 100 scientific papers in high quality peer reviewed journals such as J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. and Nature series, together with 11 patents and 5 monographs.
