Prof. Ju Huangxian visited our university |
Invited by Prof. Tian He (Academician of CAS), Prof. Ju Huangxian of Nanjing University (Director of the State Key Lab of Life Analysis) visited our university. Prof. Ju first visited the Key Lab for Advanced Materials, and Prof. Tian introduced the Key Lab, School and Chemistry and Engineering as well as the research achievements of all fields in the Key Lab. After that, Prof. Ju attended the 113th "Famous Teacher Forum" and gave a lecture titled "Cell function and biomolecular detection and tracing platform - suggestions & experience of the innovation research team". Prof. Tian, research leaders of the key lab: Prof. Long Yi-Tao, Zhu, Weihong, Zhu Linyong, Hua Jianli, Xie Yongshu all attended the lecture. Prof. Ju first introduced the recent progress on bioanalysis: Application of amplification and extraction of signals in bioanalysis, including biosensors, nano-biotechnology and molecular probe technology. Prof. Ju pointed out that research and innovation requires a bold attempt, the courage to challenge so as to seize the opportunity and make achievements. Meanwhile, Prof. Ju shared the experiences of application and construction of the State Key Lab of Bioanalysis, and gave valuable suggestions for the innovative development of research teams. Prof. Ju emphasized that , the construction of innovation research team needs solidarity and joint efforts. After the lecture, Prof. Ju exchanged opinions with research leaders of the key lab. This lecture provided an important guidance in promoting discipline construction of our school.
