Research Interests
·Specialized in theoretical and practical study on chromatography and capillary electrophoresis. Publish more than 100 papers, five works and more than 10 patents.
·Modern analytical techniques: HPLC and capillary electrophoresis has significant advantages in the separation and analysis of complex samples, such as drugs, environmental pollutants and biological samples. Developing compatible techniques of sample processing and enrichment on columns, as well as high sensitivity detection methods is demanded to satisfy practical application.
·Theory of the multidimensional liquid separation techniques: Multidimensional liquid separation technique has enjoyed extensive attention in proteomics for its high efficiency, high flux and high capacity.Study the mass transfer process of solute,improve the orthogonality of multidimensional system and optimize the system to broaden its application.
