研究方向:

单颗粒光电化学;微纳界面电荷转移;肿瘤标志物检测。

  

5年来,以利用光谱-电化学联用方法在电活性仿生界面构筑、单颗粒电化学、纳米探针构建等方面开展了系统研究。聚焦微纳界面电子转移过程,通过高分辨电流信号结合理论分析和动力学模拟,研究单个纳米颗粒光电化学反应过程中的电子传递过程,获取纳米材料/光电分子结构与电化学信号之间本征关系;进一步通过电电荷诱导/调控的信号放大模式实现了临床血清肿瘤标志物的超灵敏检测。已在Nature Protoc.J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Nano Lett.Chem. Sci.J. Phys. Chem. Lett.Anal. Chem.Chem. Soc. Rev. 等国际著名期刊发表论文。申请国家发明专利5(3项授权),出版英文专著1章。已主持国家自然基金面上基金、青年基金项目等科研项目6项,并以子课题负责人主持科技部青年973项目。获上海市优秀博士学位论文、2016年上海市自然科学一等奖、2017中国分析测试协会科学技术奖特等等奖励。
