钱若灿

钱若灿,女,19877月出生,华东理工大学化学与分子工程学院特聘副研究员,硕士生导师。2009年南京大学化学系本科毕业,2014年获南京大学分析化学博士学位。2014-2016年在华东理工大学化学与分子工程学院从事博士后研究工作。2016年起任华东理工大学特聘副研究员。主要研究方向为单细胞分析与纳米电化学分析,围绕单细胞内肿瘤相关分子表达及其通路开展研究,结合纳米材料和生物化学传感方法,将纳米电化学分析、等离激元纳米光谱、激光共聚焦显微成像等技术联用,并引入肿瘤相关分子的多通道检测、成像和通路分析,从检测原理和成像机制上实现创新,提出了荧光“关-开”靶向识别动态成像模式和“超微纳米孔道”单细胞精准控制成像技术,建立了多种高选择性、高信噪比的单细胞内肿瘤相关分子原位检测成像及相关通路分析新方法,取得了一系列创新性成果。作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目一项。发表相关SCI论文24篇(IF>5刊物19篇),他引550余次,单篇最高引用105次。第一作者论文12篇,包括J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2篇、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2篇、Anal. Chem. 2篇、Chem. Commun. 1篇;通讯作者论文3篇。其中1篇论文入选Nature IndexResearch Highlight专栏。获2016年上海市“晨光学者”称号。
